Well, I stumbled upon this looking for a tood dinner option after taking the ferry over here to take scenic pictures of the SOH. By coincidence it was (taco) Tuesday and they had several tacos at a lower price on offer. I started with elotes and they were not just the best elotes I've ever had but the best corn in and form and shape I've ever eaten, yummy! If they had it on the menu, I'd just order a bucket of elotes next time, nothing else. Then I ordered the chicken as well as the pork tacos which were recommended to me. Unfortunately, the chicken tacos were very bland, I would not order those again. The pork tacos on the other hand were pretty good, just the bigger pieces of meat were a bit too dry. As written in other reviews, the tortillas can be very oily (I had two very oily, one slightly oily and one dry on the outside). The more oil they had (particularly on the outside), the blander the taco tasted, unsurprisingly. The salsa roja ... they called it spicy sauce, but that's a bit of a stretch. I also got an alcohol free margarita, but adding the spice that I missed in the salsa roja to the drink wasn't really to my taste. Good otherwise, though. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food arrived fast too! The terrasse is really nice and I enjoyed sitting on the "counter" where I was looking out onto the street and trees.

Disappointing experience Tacos were oily and taste less, the elotes and drinks were okay. To make matters worse, waitress or kitchen forgot our order, leading to a long and frustrating wait.

We came to Chicos for a birthday dinner and had an amazing experience! The food was incredible – we tried the fish tacos, birria tacos, flautas, and enchiladas, and everything was absolutely delicious. Each dish was packed with flavor, and we could tell everything was made fresh. The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion, and the service was great, everyone was so friendly. We also noticed they offer a bottomless brunch on Saturdays, and we can’t wait to come back and try it out! Cannot recommend Chicos enough✨

I love everything about this place. The staff and the vibes just hit different and they gave such a good experience for us. My friends and I were extremely impressed. The fajitas are flavourful and fill you up. Love all the tacos options. Will definitely come back again!

This is one of my favorite mexican place! The vibe in the restaurant was very good, love the interior design! All the staffs were very friendly as well! It was a bit loud when we went there, but it didn't detract from the dining experience. We went on Taco Tuesday! Tacos were $5 each! Every flavor needs to be ordered 2 minimum My favorites are mushroom and beef and my husband favorites are pork and chicken😂. We both love the nachos a lot! It was the best nachos so far I’ve had in Sydney! I love the flavor of chips! Love this place and will definitely recommend it!
