The food tastes like home made with lots of love Thank you Doña Berthas

Since I have tried latin restaurants, Doña Bertha’s is the first rang that must-visit Latin restaurant on the Gold Coast! The food was absolutely delicious. This was my second time eating there, and it was just as amazing as the first. We ordered the patacón with beef, patacón burger, mixed platter, lulo juice, and dessert. Everything was incredible! The meats were juicy and full of flavor, and the textures (especially from the plantain in the patacón) added such a unique and tasty twist. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The service was just as wonderful, like super friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about giving you a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re craving real Latin flavors and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s my first time having Colombian food😋 I had COLOMBIAN SPECIAL BANDEJA PAISA. They are seasoned simple basically 😚 It’s not various spiced food😚 Pork belly was chewy the skin parts 🙁 But it’s better to eat mixed each ingredient together 😚👍🏻 I liked crunchy skin chorizo 🥳 Meaty taste was so good ☺️ Fried sweet plantain was interesting 😳 I got served salt and pepper but I didn’t need it 😉 It was a quite big portion, is it for one person???😅 I had all but super full after that🤣😮‍💨 Friendly service 😘 Just the seat was uncomfortable for me… it's quite old?? And a cup for the water looked filthy… it's clean maybe but looks no good😣 I’m very interested in other Latin food😋 I’d love to come back for more of their dishes 🤗

Been walking past this little gem for months now and I finally decide I will give it a go. The food is just awesome and you can tell it has that good home style vibe with authentic South American touch. Very simple ordering process as the meals have images to look at for comparison. Good sized portions with good beer options.. don’t do what I did and walk past for months, give it a go you will not be dissatisfied.. will definitely be back next time I am in town.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dona Bertha's, and I can't recommend it enough! We went specifically for their South American cuisine and decided to share the Colombian platter. It was an excellent choice! The chicharrones were perfectly crispy and juicy, delivering that delightful crunch with every bite. The arepas were spot on—fluffy, flavorful, and a fantastic accompaniment to the meal. Overall, everything we tried was delicious and made our taste buds dance with joy! Beyond the amazing food, we had a wonderful time soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. If you're looking for authentic South American dishes, Dona Bertha's is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back for more
