By far some of the best Mexican/Brazilian food I've ever had!! Such a hidden gem down at The Wharf in Mooloolaba, worth visiting if you are in town! All the staff are also so lovely, love supporting a small business 🫶🏼

Went on a Tuesday for Taco Tuesday. Each taco coasted $5. The tacos tasted nice but I thought the portion was quite small

Myself and a few friends recently visited this restaurant on our holiday from Sydney. The staff were lovely, however the wait time for food was absolutely unacceptable. Our table had ordered a beef taco, a bowl of hot chips, and nachos, which took the staff an hour to complete and serve, and we were waiting a shorter time than some other tables around us, and it was evident that they were not impressed with this wait time either. They also had 2 people working the entire restaurant; taking orders, preparing and cooking food, and running orders to tables, which is ridiculous when you have a table of 21 booked, as well as other tables waiting. In future, this restaurant should either be properly staffed in order to meet all guest's needs and expectations, notify customers of potential wait times, or just close the kitchen when it is clear you are not going to prepare all food items in a reasonable amount of time. Furthermore, when our food had finally arrived to the table, my nachos were burnt, making it hard to enjoy. I did not end up finishing my food regardless of how hungry I was after the hour wait, as it just wasn't up to par. They had also ran out of the steak, as well as the chicken by 1pm. Me and my friends were not pleased at all with this place. Come here if you would like to be severely underwhelmed.

Excellent authentic Brazilian cuisine! I just ate at El Bigoton in Mooloolaba and was thoroughly impressed. The food is top-quality and genuinely authentic. I had the Feijoada, which was wholesome, rich, and packed with flavour. Despite working solo, Franklin provided friendly, attentive service and delivered an excellent lunch experience. Thank you for a great meal — I’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant belongs to a friend of mine, and I’ve been there a few times it’s always an amazing experience. The Latin food is prepared with great care and quality, absolutely excellent. This time I went with an American friend, who tried the vegan feijoada and loved it! I had the jackfruit bowl, also vegan, and it was wonderful, really well-prepared. On top of that, the caipirinhas were excellent, perfectly made. The menu offers both vegan and traditional options, all full of flavor and really well-crafted. Definitely a place worth visiting!
