The service was a mess and the food was cold. The worst experience ever. Itโs a please wait to be seated restaurant. I ordered, then briefly went to the counter to inform them about an allergen issue. When I came back, they had seated someone else at my table. Apparently other server told them to sit there. Staff members don't communicate properly. They said theyโd bring my food to a new table without saying sorry or anything, but instead I saw another server wandering around with my beer, clearly not knowing where to go. They don't communicate properly again. I tried calling out to a passing server, but they didnโt hear me. In the end, I had to leave my seat again, go to the counter myself, and retrieve a beer that had completely lost its foam. The nacho self-serve bar was also very poorly managed. The nachos were all crushed, there was nothing to scoop them with, and even the people at the next table were complaining. All the sauces were empty. The plates were covered in what seemed like either water or grease. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. They either need to hire more staff or seriously fix their system. Iโm not coming back. On top of that, the staff were rude. He cut me off mid-sentence and responded in a snappy, dismissive way.
Our experience of food and atmosphere and Helen, our waitress, was absolutely awsome! The music was fantastic.. Hearing even rock music was great! I'd definitely recommend this place:)
Had a family dinner here and the staff were really helpful especially with our older guests. I love the Mexican vibes and atmosphere here along with the plentiful food. Mind you no enchiladas. But the little dudes and young at heart did get free sombreros. Love this place.
El Camino serves exceptional Mexican food that is really tasty and consistently hits the mark. While it is a bit pricey, the quality of the dishes truly satisfies the value, making it worth the spend for the flavor alone. The actual staff was good, though we had a strange experience where a random person who wasnโt part of the crew took our order; this led to a bit of a wait for an item the real staff didn't know we wanted. Despite that odd mix-up, the food itself was really good and remains some of the best Mexican cuisine I've had.
I have eaten at this establishment previously and the food was great, however yesterdayโs lunch meal was shocking. 3 times we sent back the chicken mole because it wasnโt anywhere near the description on the menu. The food was cold and smothered in sour cream. It was not baked and had no cheese.
