Delicious authentic Mexican food at fantastic prices. The tamale was beautiful and the Mole was on point, all washed down with a Paloma. Perfect meal!

It’s one of my favorite restaurants. I go there very often with my friends, and the food is always delicious and full of great flavor. Jorgito and his staff are very kind and make us feel at home. We’ve tried chimichangas, tostadas, cochinita, micheladas, and desserts — almost the entire menu — and everything is delicious.

I usually dont review restaurants but I may have stumbled upon the best Mexican food spot in Brisbane. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic, and at a great price! Theres so many other things I'd like to try on the menu, so will be going again. Must try: Chicken Tamal and cochinita tacos!!

I first visited this restaurant at the end of 2020, right after COVID restrictions eased in Brisbane. I went with a few friends, and I still remember how surprised I was by the whole experience — the service was warm, the food tasted incredibly homemade, and even though I’ve never been to Mexico, it felt genuinely authentic. Nothing fancy or over-the-top, just real food made with heart. It honestly felt like stepping into someone’s home kitchen. For one reason or another, I never made it back… but recently I kept thinking about the place and worried they might’ve closed. I’m so glad I looked them up, because not only are they still open — I went back last night after work, and it was just as good as I remembered. Same flavours, same atmosphere, same feeling of comfort. I absolutely loved it, and this time I won’t wait years to return. This spot is a true gem, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been on a hunt for good Mexican food and I think I’ve finally found it!!!!! Everything we ordered was amazing but the highlight was definitely the Al pastor tacos! Next visit im ordering more tacos for sure. Good service, cozy ambiance like you’re invited at a friends house! Was indeed a perfect dinner and im excited for more :)
