Recently we came into the Hamilton branch with my boys and there was a few communication issues with the girl we were ordering with. I gently approached the manager, Isabel Who was so attentive and professional? As a business owner I always think good or bad feedback is great for any business and I just wanted to be able to praise Isabel as a wonderful manager. These are the people we all wish we had in our business. Great work team!

Samir was the best server i’ve ever had! His customer service was out of this world. My friend was allergic to avocados, and Samir made sure she had a new burrito promptly given to her soon after our realisation. We are the up most satisfied with this GYG. I will be returning, 10/10 star review. No extra comments. This is the best gyg i have ever been to. Thankyou specially to Samir.

I travel all over Australia for work and GYG is my go to for a healthy meal while I’m on the run. I have eaten in many GYG restaurants in all different states and hands down GYG Hamilton has the freshest food and the loveliest staff. My go to is the chicken burrito bowl and it’s always hot, well presented and the corn chips are super crunchy. The staff always serve you with a smile. All round excellent experience

Lame service. Ordered take out and had food delivered without any utensils or napkins. Really guys? Are we supposed to use our fingers? Don’t list on Uber Eats or your delivery app if you don’t have the basics right.

Tried the new Cali Burrito and it's just ok. If you're in this part of Newcastle you're much better off trying a local Mexican brand called Antojitos in Newcastle West or Mayfield as they are a country mile better than this mob with better fresher ingredients especially the tortillas and also have seafood products like fish Tacos and GYG sadly used to have this option but got rid of the Barramundi a few years back. They could also have more real Mexican food, unlike this, on the menu like Al Pastor or Barbacoa like Mad Mex does not far away in Marketown. For what is now a large chain franchise im surprised they don't do short term specials just like KFC does with their Tokyo flavours now or Maccas currently with Frank's Hot Ones. All a bit lazy really but not the fault of this store but makes sense with the main bloke coming from the finance sector. Finally for a few dollars less you can get an excellent kebab thats even bigger from Oasis which is only 100 metres away. GYG really isn't good value for the quality, size and price.
