Las Palmas in Palm Beach absolutely nailed it. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed without ever feeling over the top. The venue has a warm, vibrant energy that makes you want to settle in and order “just one more” dish. We started with the haloumi empanadas, and they were a standout straight away—beautifully presented, crisp pastry, and that salty, gooey haloumi inside was spot on. Next up was the ceviche, which was fresh, bright and balanced, with that clean citrus hit that keeps you going back for another bite. To finish, the char-grilled chorizo and octopus brought the smoky, savoury punch—charred in all the right places, full of flavour, and cooked really well. Every plate looked as good as it tasted, and the overall experience felt polished but still relaxed and welcoming. If you’re after great food, great service, and a lively atmosphere, Las Palmas is well worth a visit.

Great venue. Cool vibes. Excellent quality food made from good produce with tasty flavours. Lightning fast and friendly service. Moderately expensive. Great cocktails. Somewhat strange that the kitchen closes at 8pm on a Friday night, but that aside, seriously good. Well done.

A great sunset spot for South American inspired tapas, and the beef empanadas are a standout. The vibe is perfect for this patch of the coast - Sip a coconut margarita or two on any of the balconies and watch the world go by as blue turns into orange in the sky.

Missed Opportunities: A Promising Venue Let Down by the Drinks Our first visit to this venue was filled with anticipation. We chose to sit upstairs on the balcony, catching the last rays of afternoon sun and watching the traffic roll by on the highway. The space itself is inviting, with a large indoor dining area and another balcony boasting ocean views, plenty of promise for a relaxed outing. Ordering via QR code was convenient, and the bar looked great, setting high expectations. Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t deliver. The beer arrived flat, and the watermelon margarita was missing its key ingredient, watermelon, leaving it lackluster and disappointing. With so many options along the coast, sometimes a venue only gets one chance to impress. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the drinks missed the mark, making it hard to justify a return visit.

The food was the real star of the night—every dish was packed with bold flavors and beautifully presented, the tacos were bursting with unique combinations. The roasted pineapple dessert is so 😋 yummy . Grilled corn, oysters were amazing . Cocktails were another highlight! Overall, an incredible dining experience—highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Latin American cuisine in a stylish setting! I love the chill music as well . 🎵 Would definitely come back!
