We had such a fun night at Mesa Verde in Melbourne their $5 tacos deal is absolutely worth a five star shout out. The tacos were top notch quality fresh tortillas, bold fillings, and great flavour. For $5 each, the value is hard to beat. We booked the venue (which I’d recommend, especially if you’re going with a group) and the reservation process was smooth and easy. The atmosphere upstairs on Level 6 (Curtin House) felt lively and stylish good lights, cool music, and a vibe that works whether you go with friends or on a casual night out. The drinks and agave spirits list added to the fun a perfect pairing with tacos and good company. Service was friendly and efficient, which made the night feel relaxed and easy even though the place was buzzing.

Had dinner here and the flavours were nice overall, but a few things missed the mark. The steak had quite a bit of fat and cartilage, which made it a bit disappointing despite the flavour. The cabbage was presented in a way that wasn’t very appetising, though the cocktails were genuinely good. I might come back to try the tacos next time, but I’m not in a rush to return.

Must-Visit for Taco Lovers! Mesa Verde quickly became one of our favourite places during our trip to Australia! Their tacos were so incredibly delicious that we ended up eating there twice in just five days..that’s how good it was. As a vegetarian, I absolutely loved their Brussels sprout tacos. They were creative and full of flavour. I also tried the potato and cheese flautas, which were really good, but the Brussels sprouts tacos were the real showstopper for me. My husband tried the pork tacos and loved every bite. We also enjoyed their refreshing apple and melon margaritas, which paired perfectly with the food. If you’re in the area, Mesa Verde is an absolute must-visit, especially on Taco Tuesday. Fantastic flavours, great vibe, and something for everyone!

We went here for their steak night. It was on a Wednesday night and they had recently changed their menu. The steak, friends and salad were beautiful. Had a beautiful salsa, perfectly cooked they had house red and beer to go with it. Really cost effective and tasty meal for a weeknight if you are inclined to go. This place is inside curtain house. I recommend booking if you plan to go during busy dining hours 6:350-8pm ish. I am keen to go back and try more of the dishes, but I wouldn’t blink twice about going to this place again if catching up with a friend after work or pre show dinner. And definitely will be back during the comedy festival.

Had the steak night at Mesa Verde and its hands down one of the best in Melbourne that I've had! The chips are seasoned and cooked to perfection and theres a smoky tomato sauce that is a fantastic balance of sweet and smoky, the steak was amazing and paired with the red wine jus that complemented the steak without overpowering it! The salad and broccolini were perfect sides to the main and the space was quite intimate with great ambience! Definitely recommend getting a reservation for steak night as they can fill up quick, highly recommend for dinner with friends or date nights! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
