Great place 👌🏻 excellent service. Very patient and kind until a group of 7 ordered food. We dined in for breakfast and ended up with a takeaway for lunch too.

Came here to dine in for the second time. Ordered a meal and waited over 30 minutes. I work as a tradie and had a rough day — although I’m usually well dressed when I eat out, including here. When my food finally arrived, it was cold and served in a takeaway container, even though I only asked in case I needed a takeaway box. The staff member (the girl with glasses) was rude and insisted I take the meal as takeaway, refusing my dine-in request, yet still allowing me to eat in the shop — which made no sense. The shawarma was half empty, cold, and had no sauce. I was given a full tray of chips just to fill me up. Meanwhile, employees were laughing, chatting, and using their phones. Writing this review while still in the shop — hungry, after more than a 40-minute wait, and being served cold food. Very bad experience. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere and received a proper hot meal instead 🥲

I ordered some beef nachos, a burrito, some buns with a full chicken and a chicken burger with chips. The inside of the store felt quite friendly and welcoming as the interior design had some nice colours and designs. The food was given to me soon after I ordered and all of it tasted really good. My personal recommendation for what to order would be the beef nachos. Would come again.

I ordered 4 burgers from Mochachos and this was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. The burgers had no spice, no flavor, and tasted completely bland — definitely not what you’d expect from a place that advertises bold, spicy food. The texture was dry, and everything just felt old and poorly made. For the price, this was a total waste of money. I specifically chose Mochachos expecting good, flavorful food — but what I got was yuck and tasteless. Even the presentation looked rushed and careless. If this is their standard, they seriously need to improve their quality and seasoning.

Alhamdullilah and jazakallah ukhairin for the food. Just recommendations, the food was dry and lacked that mochachos South African taste experience. The hot isnt hot at all it was mediocre. There is no mochachos bottled sauces which is a recommended selling point. I would have bought those with a smile. The rice was overcooked and tasted burnt. The waitress and staff were delightful.
