It perfectly nails that "effortlessly cool" retro vibe without being pretentious. • The Food: The Sticky Pork Belly is a religious experience, and their pizzas are some of the best in town (with incredible GF/Vegan options that actually taste great). • The Drinks: Hands down the best cocktail list in Newcastle. The bartenders here are artists. • The Vibe: Grab a seat outside at sunset—there isn’t a better view of the harbor. Fast service, killer music, and consistently great food. It’s my go-to every single time.

I’ve been to this restaurant bar twice now, and both times were amazing. The place has such a welcoming vibe that you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The cocktails are always spot‑on, and the food is fresh, flavourful, and consistently delicious. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back again and I definitely will next time. 💯 Absolutely worth checking out.

I had a very pleasant experience dining in this simple and good-enough location with my wife. All the stars go to the food and service. The viands were unexpectedly exquisite, well prepared and presented. The people serving strived to do their best and checking on us from time to time. We are more of the soft-drinker kind of diners, but my wife gave the Piña Colada an opportunity, and it didn't disappoint at all. Whoever is willing to get a good treat in a loose environment and has no issue with standing for some minutes in a waiting line everytime they want to order food or drinks, this is a good option on the harbour side.
