We dined at Pablito’s last night and left extremely disappointed. The serving sizes were small and lacked flavour (consistent with other reviews). Mexican cuisine is known for bold seasoning and rich taste, yet every dish we ordered was bland. Even the guacamole was so pureed that it resembled the one you get from Woolworths! We had to ask for additional seasoning just to make the food edible, which should never be necessary. Unfortunately, the experience became far more serious afterwards. Both my wife and I developed gut pain and severe bloating. My wife’s symptoms persisted and resulted in confirmed food poisoning. This is deeply concerning and unacceptable from any food establishment. Between the poor value, lack of flavour, and the health impact that followed, this was an experience we would not repeat or recommend.

Dined in here today! The food is absolutely delicious! Everything came out so fresh and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Haven’t tried any cocktails, but I’ve heard it’s definitely a must! Will definitely be back! Extra shoutout to Adi for taking amazing care of my partner and I ☺️ 🌮

Beef brisket Tacos were incredibly flavoursome and Margaritas were divine! Can highly recommended both of these on the menu.

Food and service was good. One of the better Mexican restaurants on the coast. We wanted chocolate churros instead of what was offered on the menu and they happily accommodated us. Would recommend.

My husband and I went there today for the first time and everything was impeccable from the service to the food. The dishes really exceeded our expectations, as we absolutely love Mexican food. Each plate we tried was a real explosion of flavors! The drinks were also very well made, everything truly delicious. We will definitely be coming back more often, and I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s now on the list of the best places I’ve been to in Australia.
