The overall experience was incredible. We just walk in and the service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. The food was outstanding, especially the quesadillas, and the lamb ribs were truly incredible. The cocktails were next level. The Spicy Margarita was tremendous, perfectly balanced with just the right kick. Juan was exceptional. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back

A Mexican Gem with outstanding Service | Shout out to Isabelle 😎 🥳 Had our work colleague staff dinner last Wednesday and everyone agreed that this Mexican restaurant is a must-visit! The food is outstanding, bursting with authentic flavours. Cocktails were too good and the environment was very pleasant too! What truly sets it apart is the exceptional service, especially from Isabelle. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our dining experience unforgettable with her friendly and spot-on recommendations. Thanks Isabelle and team, keep it up! 😊

We went out to dinner looking for a restaurant that was different and full of charm, and without a doubt, we found it. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the restaurant captivated us thanks to its spectacular décor and the perfectly chosen music. The service from the waitstaff was outstanding, and the food was just as impressive, paired with some fantastic cocktails. We ordered a selection of delicious tacos accompanied by guacamole, beef cheek, and pork belly. To end on a sweet note, we finished with some churros and a parfait. Every detail of the dinner was perfect, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. If you live in or are visiting Hobart, you can’t miss dining at this great restaurant.

Amazing food, and so many of the choices gluten free!!! Daniel was an amazing server and made our time so amazing. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Daniel and all the staff for the amazing drinks and food!

We had a lovely experience at Pancha Villa! The ambience was beautiful, and both the hostess and waitress were absolutely wonderful—friendly and attentive throughout. The food was great, and the kids really enjoyed their picks from the kids’ menu. Portions were generous (maybe too generous!)—we definitely over-ordered and would’ve appreciated a little heads-up on serving sizes. That said, everything was delicious, and the overall vibe made it worth it. Would definitely recommend a visit!
