This was our first time eating here. The restaurant has a lovely outdooor seating area. We were greeted and seated by Lulu our waitress. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the menu. She assisted us in ordering our delicious food and wine. Darren the chef prepared our meals as requested, which was different from the menu preparation. We enjoyed our evening so much that we canceled a previously made reservation for a different restaurant and went back the next night, our last night in Cairns. Don't waste your time searching the internet for an Italian restaurant. Eat here and you won't be disappointed.
We were there in. Very hot day, the veranda of the cafe is very open and relaxing with roof fans bringing very pleasant breezes that make you actually feeling much cooler. The meals we got are excellent. I ordered papaya salad and berry smoothie; my husband got the grilled barramundi with salad weโre TOP quality. I have to say their food and drink are really no doubt on the top of my experiences with Cafe and restaurants. Very happy! The staff are very nice nd friendly as well.
They are serving incorrect dish we ordered chicken tender for kids and they served fried chicken breast which was dry as it was over fried and pasta was horrible and dry, we replaced the bacon with chicken and it was like rubber... pathetic food ... I don't recommend this place.
We had a great dinner here. We ordered a pizza and a pasta, while our son had the kidsโ fish and chips. All of us were quite happy with our meals โ the flavours were good and the serving sizes generous. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. The only downside was that the tables and chairs felt quite old and could definitely use a refresh to lift the atmosphere. Despite that, we still left happy and would consider returning.
Nice but expected a little better. The menu could do with a little more detail and did not match the online menu. Our main was a bigger version of the entree eccentrically and didnโt realise it was all going to be battered and fried. Service was very good, food was also good just like ff the mark with value for money. Parking was easy.
