Amazing experience. We came up from Townsville and were blown away by the service. Sam was incredible. Her kindness, attention and genuine customer care made our Day. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be back

“I waited a solid 30 minutes under a sign that cheerfully promised ‘back in 10.’ When staff finally reappeared, I asked for chilli cheese fries — apparently a request so outrageous it warranted being snapped at. I was informed, with great exasperation, that the kitchen closes in 10 minutes and that she has been cooking since 10:30, so clearly my order was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Now, I fully respect closing times and the concept of fatigue, but what I don’t respect is being spoken to like I’m the problem for daring to want food at a food establishment. If customer service is this much of a burden, perhaps a career change is in order — one that doesn’t involve interacting with actual people. Because whatever this was, it certainly wasn’t service.”

Very disappointed. Really want this place to be better than it is. The food is great the service is disgraceful. We are weekly regulars. A group of up to 12 people. Every week without fail a meal is forgotten. The Docket goes missing. Instead of the owner recognising the error and trying to right the situation she is dismissive and sends her foreign casual waitstaff to deal with the customer. Tonight we went up four times to ask where our 8 year olds Ham and cheese pizza was. Over two hours from time ordered. Then instead of apologising on our departure she hides away in the back corner. Look I understand mistakes can be made, but weekly and no apology? Please sell this business because with organisation, a person just on serving drinks, a qr code for food and this place would be making a mint. It really is a missed opportunity and you've just lost 12 regulars because you were too rude to admit your error or even send out fries for a starving little boy whose played footy all afternoon.

What a cute place in an unsuspecting area. Great for us parents taking kids to training in the Arvo/evening. Got sidetracked by all the amazing art forgot to take pics of food, the spicy Marg's delicious!

What a pleasant surprise to have this as our new local! One of the best Mexican meals we’ve had for a very long time (two of us worked in Mexican restaurants for years). Service was brilliant, made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Great atmosphere and extremely reasonable prices. And let’s not forget the awesome Margaritas… We will most definitely be making this a regular!!
