Legit the best tacos I've ever had! Both in Australia, the US and Mexico!! Service was on point, the tacos were delicious and the servings were huge for the price! 10/10.
All gluten free, beautiful fresh food. Also left out ingredients I was allergic to and was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely eat here again. Stokes Hill warf is a very relaxed place to eat right on the water with great views .
By far the best tacos in Darwin, the housemade tortillas set this place well apart from the rest. Love the home made sauce, always get the vego options (pumpkin & jackfruit) and they never disappoint. Get a seat by the water, grab a mocktail and enjoy.
Sanchos Taco Bar at Stokes Hill Wharf is a hidden gem thatโs too good not to share. The owners welcomed me with such warmth and helpfulness, it felt like dining with friends. Their Laksa Festival specials were a creative and tasty adventure - the Taco de Pollo Laksa on a blue corn tostada was a delightful surprise, and the Barra Prawn Bites with mango salsa and avocado mousse were spot on. The Sangria Mocktail was refreshingly delicious, proving you donโt need booze to enjoy a great drink (I don't know where that came from!). Great food, great vibe, and great service - definitely a spot to visit if youโre in Darwin. Reluctantly sharing this because the secretโs out now!
Great little shop in the "food court" style end of the Wharf. We enjoyed the Fish taco & the Pork taco ๐ฎ, and some Guac & corn chips. We enjoyed the food as it was very fresh and tasty. Loved the fresh ingredients in both tacos. The corn chips were authentic & handmade, but were "just a little" overcooked, so slightly tough to eat, however still tasted great with the fresh guacamole with salsa in it. I also loved being able to have a glass of wine from the food courts Bar. Be aware the Wharf can get windy, so ladies be aware with your choice of dress ๐๐๐ and anyone bring a jacket or additional layer if you feel the cold (we visited mid July when night time temperatures were 19ยฐc). We would happily return to Sanchos Taco Bar- they have a great team of staff too, which always makes your experience richer for it ๐
Highly Acclaimed
