We visited Taco Bill on Collins Street, Melbourne CBD, and had a wonderful experience. The food was very delicious and well prepared, full of great flavours. A special mention to Chef Vinod — he did an excellent job and presented the food beautifully at our table. His service really made our visit special. We enjoyed the meal a lot and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! 🌮👏

awesome food and very friendly staff! we ordered drinks and they provided us with free corn chips. they were a little stale, but that issue was quickly abolished after the main meals arrived. the brisket in the enchilada is so tender it feels like it melts in your mouth, and each cheesy bite only left me wanting more.

I highly recommend you venture down the stairs to Experience Taco Bills, especially if you prefer authentic Mexican to the big chain version! We both got combo meals and everything was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! We shared churros for dessert, yum, they were perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Lots of drink choices, they even do fishbowls. Hubby had the margarita taster, that could be dangerous! In short everything was yum, yum and more yum 🌮🇲🇽🍹

Absolutely amazing Mexican food! The flavours were fresh, bold, and delicious—every bite felt like a fiesta. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the great vibe of the place. And the flan… wow! Easily the most authentic I’ve had in Australia. Gracias, Taco Bill—we’ll definitely be back!
