The other day I came in with a huge order of around 15 or so items for a work lunch that was being held. Thankfully the girl who was working on that day accepted the last minute huge order and made it BY HERSELF in 15 minutes 🫢 Very impressed because it wasn’t an easy order but she got everything correct!! Big shout out to her she is a machine!!!! And also a 2nd shoutout to the other girl helping her write down the names on the orders! 😋🩷 Now for the food… It was amazing. All my coworkers were satisfied with the portion sizing how filling it was - definitely worth its price ☺️ each order catered to our dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free) so we’re so very grateful for the girl who took the time to carefully make our food one-by-one 😍💞 Questions: 1. Does Zambrero sell bottles of the sauces? I know you sell the sauces in the little tubs but I want/need/yearn for a HUGE BOTTLE OF CHIPOTLE 🤭🥴 2. Is there a more suitable way for you guys to receive catering orders? (I don’t want to cause another heart attack with a long list of written down orders 🥹) 3. Disappointed Service for him I was ordered 30 minutes before when I collecting this order but not ready he is very rude to talk he said you need to cancel your order if you not wait very rude

I bought 2 small bowls for 28$ . And when I paid I requested to stamp on the that little card where you buy few meals then I think 10th is free. And lady refused to stamp. Then after 2-5 mins my wife asked them that why stamp was not done? Then she told my wife you have to show me the transaction and then I can stamp. I went to shop back with card exect in 5 mins. I told her I just paid and the lady who made my bowl she was standing over there as well. She was too rude. And keep doing arguments. I feel so bad and I have 2 questions: There is 2 things either she can stamp for 2 small bowls or not. 1.If she said no to me why she agree to my wife and call me back on shop. 2. How can the 5 people forgot me in 2-5 mins even I show the transaction she keep continuously argument. ………………………………………………………………………….. Replying to Annie/ fake account Annie replied I failed to show the receipt. Annie no one cannot steal in zambrero so definitely I paid right. Anytime can provide the receipt but if someone serve to customer and after serving on the support misbehaving with customer and asking to show the receipt not acceptable. Why she did not print/ look from her system instead of giving hassle to the customer? And if stamps not allowed for bowls why she agreed with my wife for stamp. Why did not say straight way that cannot stamp for bowls. So plz stop using fake accounts or judging someone if you got better customer service it does not mean that I had same experience.

Replying to Sumit Kumar I wanted to post a review on how good the staff was serving even after being mistreated by some customers and I saw your review. I happened to be in line when you were shouting, swearing and using derogatory language to the poor girls serving you. From my understanding of the situation, all the staff asked for was proof that you bought the bowls and the transaction history, and you refused to do so. And by the looks of it, you got 2 kids bowl meals - which are not applicable to getting a stamp and why getting a stamp was refused in the first place. I’m a regular at this store and never have I ever seen such poor treatment towards staff from a customer. I sure hope you don’t treat your loved ones like that when you lose your temper.

The food is delightful and the staff is very friendly. They have quite the range of good promos, such as the free chips for a good Google review
