I loved the food here always hits the spot. Cheap and yummy give Saad a raise for his amazing customer service
The food was fantastic. I got nachos with rice, cheese, salsa, BBQ and garlic sauce and a blondie. Never had zambreros nachos before and I will be ordering it again after this The service from staff was poor however. The lady that served me charged me for the wrong thing, and missed a charge for the blondie. After I started eating her colleague came and said the amount was wrong and insisted I had to pay $10 extra for the food. 3 separate transactions for my meal. After I sat down I spyed on the wall a deal to add chips and a drink to a food order. "Make it a meal" was the deal. I spoke to the same staff member who flagged the previous charge and asked him to add the chips and drink to my order He said no and insisted he could only do it in 1 transaction. I said to him brother you took 2 transactions to process my main food order, it clearly doesnt need to be 1 transaction. He had many excuses but would not help. Terrible service from the two staff members on shift. They made good food but was it worth it for the bad taste in mouth from the service? Probably not
Great takeaway place, staff were polite and definitely onto it! Food was wrapped tight and well presented.
I ordered via UberEats and was really disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering I paid $26 for it. The burrito was poorly wrapped and arrived cold and messy even though the restaurant is only a 6-minute drive away(I can't go out to eat cuz limit of school lunch time). This is the second time I ordered ubereats from them and last time it was exact same condition๏ผIt seems like they prepared it ahead of time, resulting in a lousy and cold meal. I hope they can improve their service to ensure customers receive fresh and well-prepared food.
The dirtiest Zambrero i ever saw. I canโt believe how dirty they are. Canโt imagine the kitchen inside. They need to be audit. The food is good. But when u saw these pictures. Ergh u will you be throwing up
